Advisor Moves: Rebrands and Competitive Departures

The 146 advisor move events included 107 employer changes and 39 dual-employment additions. Acropolis Investment Management, L.L.C. rebranded to Acropolis Investment Management (36 advisors), Caitlin John, LLC rebranded to SimplyRIA Advisor Network (19 advisors), Park Avenue Investment Advisory, LLC rebranded to Guardian Wealth Partners, LLC (10 advisors), Cordingley & Parkinson Wealth Management rebranded to Sand Creek Capital, LLC (5 advisors), Genesis Wealth Management Group, LLC rebranded to Genesis Wealth Management (4 advisors), and Curran & Lewis Investment Management, Inc. rebranded to JPC Wealth Management, Inc. (2 advisors).

In competitive departures, four advisors departed LPL Financial LLC and three left Kestra Private Wealth Services, LLC for independent firms.

RIA Graduations: 28 Firms Complete SEC Registration

Twenty-eight advisory firms graduated to full SEC registration on Friday. The geographic distribution:

New York (6), California (4), Texas (3), Florida (3), Georgia (2), New Jersey (2), Connecticut (2), Virginia (2), and one each from Massachusetts, Michigan, Oregon, and Wisconsin.

Fastest graduation: Blue Heron Capital of Atlanta, Georgia completed its registration in just 64 days — roughly half the standard 120-day window. Washington Park Capital Management, LLC of New York followed at 98 days. Slowest completions: Three firms — Clear Wave Wealth Management, LLC (New Jersey), LC Vero Manager (New York), and Spring Street Wealth (New York) — each took 134 days, exceeding the standard 120-day window by 14 days.

Notable graduates include Framework Digital Advisors (128 days), Pereon Wealth LLC (122 days), Sentinel Advisory Group, LLC (115 days), Highbrook Capital Partners (114 days), and Cardone Wealth Advisors (129 days).

Broker-Dealer Changes: 58 Filings Across FINRA and SEC

Fifty-eight broker-dealer changes were detected across FINRA and SEC filings. Ownership restructurings dominated, with ABG Sundal Collier Inc. (CRD 30605), Validate Capital Markets, LLC (CRD 133371), and Kingsrock Securities LLC (CRD 325143) all filing direct ownership changes. FCF Securities and Derivatives LLC (CRD 157067) updated both its SRO registration count and ownership structure. Texakoma Financial, Inc. (CRD 16910) expanded its state registrations.

Disclosure Activity: 16 Events
